Continuous Integration and Collective Ownership
To handle the complexities of integration and ownership of files, we decided to have our project hosted on sourceforge.net, because they have free cvs and web space. You can see our cvs stuff at http://cvs.sourceforge.net/cgi-bin/viewcvs.cgi/randyloops/. In many cases we met in the basement of the DCL to work on code at contiguous workstations to promote pair programming and discussion between the groups.
